My interest in the human body began in adolescence. At 16, I discovered eutony thanks to Benoît Istace, while benefiting from an exceptional biology teacher who sparked my curiosity for human biology and physiology. Already introduced by my mother to alternative therapies and nutrition, I chose to study physiotherapy, driven by my desire to better understand how the human body works.
After graduating in 2010, I quickly realized that the techniques I'd learned didn't meet my need to explore the connection between body and mind. This led me to train in kinesiology, Chinese medicine, and transactional analysis. These approaches were enriching but lacked any practical application for my practice.
In 2015, a friend told me about fasciatherapy . From the first introduction, I was won over by this method, which I now use as the main basis of my practice. After completing my training in 2019, my personal experiences have pushed me to delve deeper into topics such as trauma, belief systems, and emotional intelligence.
At the same time, I teach anatomy at several schools and share my knowledge to help my patients better understand their bodies. Although I am a fascia therapist, my practice is enriched by everything I have learned and experienced over the years.
Looking forward to meeting you!
